Cooking & Entertaining with Wildly Delicious

I wish I could remember howcompo I came across Wildly Delicious food products. All I know is they came into my life somehow and now I can never be without them. There is always something from Wildly Delicious in my house, multiple products in fact. With the Christmas entertaining season upon us, Wildly Delicious products are always included in holiday gatherings and Christmas dinners.

In business for 25 years now, this Canadian business produces a variety of products that includes; sauces, jams, jellies, marmalades, compotes, brulees, mustards, oil & vinegar bread dips, and bruschetta mix. They use real ingredients, nothing artificial here. As they say on their site, “real ingredients, real flavour, real texture, rich and delicious”. I’ve never had anything from them I didn’t like. My list of favourites and can’t be without products include:

  • Herbed Balsamic Bread Dipper – this with fresh bread is soooo good!
  • Cranberry, Port and Pecan Compote – love this with cheese, especially Brie
  • Applewood & Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
  • Maple Syrup & Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • Chimichurri Argentininean Steak Sauce
  • Lemon & Oregano Greek Souvlaki Marinade Sauce

My only critque about this brand is some products can be hard to find. The sauces are readily available at most grocery stores. Products like the bread dippers and compotes are harder to find. I usually get my dad to buy them for me at a specialty store int he city he lives in and then bring them to me when he visits 🙂 If you live in Toronto, ON, you can shop at the Wildly Delicious store in Distillery District open 7 days a week. From Nov – Dec, you can shop in person at their warehouse store, check website for days and hours. Shopping online is also an option with delivery to almost anywhere in the world, certain products may not be able to be shipped internationally.
